Named after the main street in this neighbourhood, Estevan has two small commercial areas. The area known as Estevan Village sits at Estevan and Musgrave, while the second hub is at Estevan and Cadboro Bay Road.

Bordering the Uplands to the north and the sea to the east, Estevan boasts one of Victoria’s most popular beaches, Willows Beach. Along much of the beach’s span is the Esplanade walkway.
